Our design Process
Design Consultation
We’ll schedule a discovery call to understand your needs, design style, timeline, and budget, followed by an on-site property visit. This allows us to develop a tailored design strategy that includes conceptual design + architectural drawings, estimates, construction documents, and plans for permit submittals.
Design Development
Our designers will create 2D and 3D renderings and order property, land, and/or structural surveys (if necessary). We’ll source materials, finishes, fixtures and more, before providing a comprehensive presentation of all development plans, including design & architectural renderings, sourced materials, spec sheets with selection costs, product links, and ETA’s.
Permits & Construction
Our architect will create a construction document package and take the necessary steps with the City to acquire permit approvals. We’ll be there to assist with any revisions that may be necessary to push this process to completion.
Home Remodel Build out
The contractor will begin building your home as designed. Once construction is complete, a final inspection from the City will be scheduled to review and approve your brilliantly upgraded home.
